Professional Licensing Information

Please note that all states require that at a minimum, anyone who provides or offers to provide land surveying services be licensed in the state in which the project resides. In some states such as Pennsylvania this can also include other areas of service such as the calculation of volumetric quantities, photogrammetry, geodetic control, GPS location services, etc. Due to the fact that we offer a very broad range of services and that all 50 states have different registration requirements. We at Land & Mapping Services can only offer to provide you services in states in which by law we are permitted to do so. If you have any particular questions or concerns on our ability to offer and /or provide you with any particular area of service, please contact us so that we see that first; that all applicable laws are being followed and second; that all your questions are answered properly and promptly.

Your concern is truly appreciated,
James E. Pahel, P.L.S., C.P., P.S.M.
